Ten years ago, a 911 professional sat down and wrote one sentence about a call he couldn't put down. He posted it with a photo and the hashtag #IAM911. Within days, dispatchers from around the world were writing their own. From the UK under #IAM999 to Australia under #IAM000, the movement spread around the world without a budget, without a PR team, without anyone's permission.
